This powder is great for all on- and off-the-scalp application techniques. You can use it for highlights with foils or balyage techniques, full head lightening, regrowth applications or color correction. For off-the-scalp application, mix it with 1.1oz of the appropriate Wella Developer (20 or 30 Vol) in a non-metallic bowl. For on-the-scalp application, use only 20 Vol Creme Developer.
